Terms and conditions

* Incase of minors,guadian will sign and will also be the nomine.

* The customer signature will be verified at the time of delivery.

* Company at its sole discretion can alter, modify ,add or delete any of the terms and conditions from time to time.

*All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Chennai.

* Customer should pay continuously for eleven months.

* Members have the option to buy gold and silver articles.

* If members fail to pay installment continuously scheme will be discontinued as per goverment regulations.

*Monthly installment can be made through cash credit or debit card net banking UPI and ( cheque in favour of SHRI BHAGAVAAN JEWELLERS)

*As per goverment regulations cash will not be refunded under any circumstances.

*In case of change in address customer should inform the company immediately.

* The customer will be eligible for no wastage and no making charges  on they have paid all the payments continuously.
